Training for Muay Thai can be very hard, but virtually no other exercise program is as enduring as yoga. It's been around for more than 5,000 years.
Yoga does more than burn calories and tone muscles. It's a total mind-body workout that combines strengthening and stretching poses with deep breathing and meditation or relaxation.
There are more than 100 different forms of yoga. Some are fast-paced and intense. Others are gentle and relaxing, yet each time you practice yoga, you take your joints through their full range of motion and when you build strength through yoga, you balance it with flexibility - a must have for every fighter.
This is why we have introduced a Special Yoga Package at 7MT Camp: our professional Instructor Khun Ly practices Ashtanga Yoga that will increase your endurance and improve your maximum uptake of oxygen during exercise—all reflections of improved aerobic conditioning.
YOGA sessions are every Monday and Wednesday at 2 PM.
